Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10–20 business days of purchase.

Processing times may vary during launches, limited releases, holidays, or periods of elevated demand. Tracking information will be provided once your order enters fulfillment.

At this time, LORDXSAINTS ships within the United States only.

ORDERS & RETURNS

Many LORDXSAINTS garments are produced in limited quantities or made specifically to fulfill customer demand. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, fit information, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.

SIZING

Each LORDXSAINTS garment is designed with its own intended silhouette, proportions, and fit.

Rather than relying on generic size charts, fit guidance is provided within each product description. Customers who prefer oversized garments should generally order their usual size unless otherwise noted. Those seeking a more traditional fit may wish to size down when purchasing oversized silhouettes.

PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED RELEASES

Select releases may be offered as pre-orders.

Pre-order and limited-release items are produced specifically to fulfill customer demand and therefore cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded once purchased.

While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to production schedules, material availability, or elevated demand. Should a significant delay arise, updates will be provided accordingly.

GARMENT CARE

Every LORDXSAINTS garment is created using carefully selected fabrics and finishes intended to develop character over time.

For best results:

• Machine wash cold

• Wash inside out

• Tumble dry low or air dry when possible

• Avoid bleach and harsh detergents

• Avoid direct heat on decorated areas

Natural variations in texture, fading, and wear may occur over time and are considered part of the garment's character.

LORDXSAINTS is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling outside of recommended care instructions.
