our policies below is us here at lordxsaints being as honest and forthcoming about our process as possible, integrity is high on our priority list, please read carefully before making your purchase
US domestic shipping
All orders are shipped from meticulously from our small team, so please allow full order processing and shipment within 7 to 14 days of submitting your order. Communications will be sent once orders are at different phases of shipment.
*Special Circumstance Issues with shipping will be communicated on case by case basis.
International shipping
Currently LORDXSAINTS is not offering international shipping, but is working to have this option available, please come back soon when we do.
Returns
Domestic orders may be returned within 14 days of receiving order at shipping address provided. All items must be returned new and unworn with all tags still attached. Any items received in any other condition besides new/unworn will be returned back to address of delivery at purchasers expense. Returns cannot be accepted after 14 days and will be returned to purchaser. To initiate return please contact returns@lordxsaints.com.
Restocking fees
Restocking fees may be charged when merchandise is returned without the poly bag, in a worn/damaged condition, the care label removed..etc within the allowed 14 days of return.
Restocking fees may also be charged if merchandise is returned without all the original packaging, instructions, and accessories. Restocking fees are deducted from the customer's refund on original purchase when an item is returned.
Garment Care
Disclaimer* Please follow clothing care washing/drying label instruction per item purchased, items may or nor may not be pre-shrunk to reduce more shrinking of items. Any violation of these instructions done by the customers are not the responsibility of LORDXSAINTS to correct.
Pre-Order/delays
All items/drops that are purchased via pre order are not eligible for a refund or cancellation as they are made to order, please be aware of this detail prior to making your purchase. Delays with preorders may still occur to due demand of items and manufacturing.
